Buttons, Bows….and volleyball?

Up first is this adorable cake for a baby shower. can you guess what they are expecting? 😉 Lovin the shoes, and you wouldn’t believe the size of the needle used to sew this cake, ha ha. Cake is a moist and delicious 8 inch pinapple cake with buttercream and fondant accents.
Next up,
This cake is for a birthday girl turnin 13. Mom requested a volleyball cake and it has been done in her team colors. Complete with her team number on the sides. Completely chocolate with buttercream. Happy Birthday kendall!
A jammin’ Lego man

This cake was for a sweet boy who is turning 11. He loves lego’s, and the little lego men are his favorite. He was also recieving a much anticipated green Ipod nano for his birthday and we thought it would be fun to incorperate that into his cake. It is a 10 inch chocolate cake with Oreo filling. Buttercreamed with marhmallow fondant accents.

Green Teen cake

It is a two tier butter yellow cake, with buttercream and marshmallow fondant decorations. Happy Birthday miss Deanna! thanks for letting us be a part of your big surprise celebration!

This Golf cake was made for a gentleman’s 85th birthday! It ‘s a pineapple cake with buttercream and white chocolate decorations. Happy Birthday Donald! May you have many many more!
Happy trails and Nebraska Corn huskers

I chose this “happy trails” theme because he was also leaving Texas, and I thought it was a very fitting send off. Made of buttercream and our marshmallow fondant accents. This was a fun cake to make! I hope to get to do another one sometime.
This cake was for a Nebraska fan. Can ya tell? 😉 after the photos were taken I ended up sticking another football on the top. Cake is butter yellow with chocolate buttercream and our marshmallow fondant footballs. Happy birthday Craig!!
A Bright Sweet Sixteen

This cake was made for a lovely young ladies’ Sweet Sixteen. These were her favorite colors, and mom wanted bright and busy. I think this one qualifies! 🙂 Cake was strawberry and buttercream, covered and decorated with our own marshmallow fondant. Happy Birthday Miss C !
Rock Band

Top tier is cookies and cream, and the bottom tier is peanut butter cake with peanut butter and chocolate fudge filling. Mmmm sounds good huh? Hope it was great! Happy Birthday T. !
